Handmade macrame mexican jasper pendant necklace

A beautiful handmade macrame pendant necklace featuring a large Mexican Jasper stone. 
Mexican Laguna jasper is a member of the chalcedony family with its bands and colours being forming by mineral impurities within the quartz. This earthy, semi precious gemstone is said to be a nourishing, warm and protective stone. 
This is a large semi precious gemstone cabochon at approx. 4.5cm x 3.5cm. A smaller plum blossom jasper sits above the main stone as well as some bronze coloured seed beads. The main stone is wrapped with an inner band of cinnamon coloured thread and an outer dark chocolate brown. 
The pendant is on a chocolate brown macrame chain which is 37.5cm in length either side and finished with decorative ends which match the main design and beading. 
The necklace is fully adjustable with a sliding knot that can be positioned to wear the pendant at a comfortable length for you and can be adjusted to wear longer or shorter as required.
